We’ve created a brown rice salad with the exotic Aduki bean which came all the way from East Asia, bringing a burst of wholesome and nutty flavour profiles.
SHARE THIS RECIPE
1. Cook the rice (water to rice ratio 2:1). Tip: rinse the rice a few times before cooking.
2. Drain and rinse the beans from the tin.
3. In a bowl mix all the ingredients: beans, ginger, garlic, spring onions.
4. When the rice is ready add it in the bowl.
5. Simply add the dressing and it’s ready to eat!
