Pure deliciousness with 5 or less ingredients? Challenge accepted! And we think we succeeded with this morish dish created with grilled aubergine and the sweet tanginess of balsamic glaze!
SHARE THIS RECIPE
1. Wash and cut your aubergines in half length wise.
2. Using a small sharp knife, scorch our a crisscross pattern on the inside of the aubergines.
3. In a small bowl, mix the balsamic glaze with olive oil and parsley and gently brush each half of the aubergines with the mixture.
4. Sprinkle with salt & pepper, then place on the grill for 10 minutes in each side. Enjoy!
