Chocolate Biscuit Tartlets

The ultimate chocolate overload in an organic way! Little tartelettes cases made from chocolate biscuits, filled with rich, creamy chocolate ganache.

Simple to make and easy to fall in love with. it is a perfect treat for yourself after a long day or to surprise and amaze your guests at the end of a vibrant dinner party.

INGREDIENTS

3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
200ml plant milk
Berries & Nuts for decoration

METHOD

1. Crumble up the biscuits and combine them with the melted coconut oil until you get a sticky crumble mixture.

2. Spoon the mixture into your tart tins and use your fingers to gently press it into the edges. Ensure the crumbles are evenly coating the edges, then finalise covering the bottom of each tin. Transfer to the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

3. Prepare the tart filling. Heat the plant milk until steaming, then pour over the Mr Organic Coconut Chocolate spread. Whisk continuously until the chocolate spread is melted and incorporated.

4. Carefully pour the ganache into the tarts and place in your fridge to set for 20-30 minutes.

5. Decorate with berries and nuts or granola of our choice & enjoy!.
