Falafel Curry

If you like to fusion kitchen this recipe will be a winner. Mixing the Middle East with India, this bowl of curry comes with exciting flavours which are all will be dancing on your taste buds. We recommend to use home-made falafels but ready-made ones won’t destroy the fantastic taste of this dish.

INGREDIENTS

10 homemade falafels
1 tin coconut milk
Salt to taste
1 tsp ginger powder
1 Tbsp garam masala
2cm piece ginger root minced
Fresh coriander

METHOD

1. Heat the oil on a medium heat.
2. Add the tomato puree, coconut milk, salt, ginger and garam masala. Stir and cook for 8/10 minutes.
3. Transfer to a blender and blend till smooth.
4. Pour the curry back to the pan and add the falafels. Gently stir and heat for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve it with coriander and (if you like) rice. 🙂
