Glazed Bruschetta

Bruschetta – the classics under the Italian classics! But as you know: we like to add a twist and in this case the twist is super tangy and delicious: Glaze!

It takes our Bruschetta straight to the next level – try it out for yourself!

INGREDIENTS

5 leaves of Fresh Basil
2 cloves of Garlic minced
1/4 cup Red Onion diced
1 Cup Tomatoes, pitted and diced
1/4 tsp Black Pepper ground
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 loaf of French Baguette

METHOD

1. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, onion, pepper, salt and olive oil and mix gently.

2. Cut the baguette into diagonal slices and toast them in a large pan on medium heat until slightly crispy/golden.

3. Add a tablespoon of tomato mix onto each slice and plate onto a serving platter.

4. Drizzle glaze on top of each slice & serve!
