Hempoil Salsa

Ai ai ai ai! We love a good salsa, especially with a homemade one – try out this super delicious recipe trying our Mr Organic Hempseed Oil – Perfect as a starter for your dinner party!

INGREDIENTS

2 large ripe Tomatoes, diced

1 Red Onion diced

1 Jalanpeno Pepper, minced (can use normal chilli)

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2 cloves Garlic minced

2 Tbsp Mr Organic Cold Pressed Hempseed Oil

Black Peppered Onion

METHOD

1. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, diced onion, coriander, jalapeno and lemon juice.

2. Add the hemp oil, salt, pepper and garlic & toss well.

3. Serve in a bowl, with some delicious toasted bread and garnish with coriander.
