No Bake Choco-Orange & Pistachio Crumble

Indulge in this choco-orange crumble, which is topped with a gleaming chocolate mirror glaze. It tastes as good as it looks! This beautiful yet easy dessert was put together by Kripa from @15min_mom. The classic combination of chocolate and orange is loved by many, and for those who want a stronger orange flavour, grate some orange zest into the mixture! Yum!

INGREDIENTS

60g unsalted pistachio kernels
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
150g - 200g softened vegan butter (depending on how crumbly you want it)
200g chocolate mirror glaze
Edible roses, sprinkles, nuts or fresh fruit for decoration

METHOD

1. Crumble the biscuits as fine as possible before placing them in a mixing bowl.

2. Grind the pistachios and add it to the bowl, along with the cocoa powder, sugar, and vegan butter. Mix together well. The mixture should stick together slightly.

3. Line a tin with baking paper or grease it. Add the crumble mixture to the tin and spread evenly. Place in the fridge for an hour to set.

4. Take the tin out of the fridge. Flip the crumble onto a metal rack or plate to prepare for glazing. Pour the mirror glaze over the cake and once the glaze has settled, decorate with edible roses, sprinkles, nuts or fresh fruit.

5. Store in the fridge until ready for serving.
