Roasted Red Pepper Dip

INGREDIENTS

6-7 Red Bell Peppers- Roasted/ Grilled and Pealed

Handful of Pecan Nuts

2 Cloves of Garlic

4-5 Sourdough Bread Crumbs

1tbsp Sugar (if jared Roasted Peppers are used, as they usually have vinegar)

1tsp Chilli Flakes

Salt and Pepper to taste

Garnish with lots of Parsley

Simply put it all into a food blender and whiz up some juicy and peppery goodness!
