Tangy Roast Pepper and Walnut Dip

Flatbreads at the ready – this tangy & tasty dip is coming through!

Using our delicious Pomegranate Vinegar gives this dip the perfect tanginess – pure deliciousness for dipping your favourite flatbreads or drizzling over your fresh salad to give it that extra something.

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
100 g Walnuts
Roasted Red Pepper
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tbsp Mr Organic Pomegranate Vinegar

METHOD

In a pan, heat the ground cumin and smoked paprika in the olive oil until fragrant.

Combine the rest of the ingredients in a food processor, then season with salt and pepper.

With the motor running, slowly pour in the spiced olive oil until incorporated. Add a tbsp of water if its too thick.

Scoop into a bowl and serve with freshly ground black pepper and smoked paprika on top.
