INGREDIENTS

50ml Four Roses Small Batch

25ml Lemon Juice

1 tbsp of Mr Organic Sicilian Bitter Orange Conserve

12.5ml Agave Syrup

1 drop of Angostura Bitters

Cubed Ice

Orange Twist

METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients except the Angostura Bitters in a shaker and shake vigorously.

2. Strain into one half of the shaker and discard the ice.

3. Shake again (without the ice) and pour into glasses filled with fresh ice.

4. Drop a stripe of Angostura Bitters onto the foam then garnish with an orange twist
